Unrelated to this Bucket List, which is a lot of traveling, seeing, and doing new things, I did something that is on what I refer to as my ‘Life Bucket List’. Far more important than anything on the list below, I got engaged in June, 2023! And in 2024, I will be crossing one of the biggest things off of my Life Bucket List when I marry my best friend in September! I can’t wait til that day and look forward to the life we create together!

2023 started off hot with this Bucket List, as I was able to cross something huge off in February- Go to the Caribbean! This was something I have always wanted to do. I traveled to Saint Lucia for about 5 days and it was awesome. We decided on Saint Lucia after looking at a few other islands and determined this was most affordable for us. And while there, I crossed another thing off which was Climb a mountain, as we climbed Gros Piton! You don’t necessarily think of doing much physical activity while in the Caribbean, but everyone who had been to St. Lucia before said this was a must. Let me tell you- it was friggin hard, but very rewarding! And Saint Lucia as a whole was incredible. Beautiful weather, nice beaches, and such friendly people. We relaxed on the beach and by pool at the Sandals Resort we stayed in, played golf one day, climbed Gros Piton, went sailing, ate great food and some tasty drinks and just had an amazing time.

One other highlight this year was something I had already done but got to double cross it off this year. I saw Saturday Night Live for the second time! That was just as fun and you can read all about it here.
